Eitan was appointed Chairman of the Board of Big Centers and AFI Properties in 2019, after serving as CEO of Big Shopping Centers since 2014. He previously held roles as VP of Development and CEO of the McDonald's chain. Eitan holds a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Avi serves as Group CEO and is a member of the Board of Directors. His previous roles include VP, Russia and CIS at Africa Israel Investments Ltd.  Avi is a CPA and a graduate of Bar Ilan University.

With over 20 years experience in real estate and finance, Mrs Dafna joined AFI in August 2023. Previously, spent 15 years in G City Europe,  in her last roles as a Group CFO and Head of Residential for Rent. Mrs Dafna holds an Israeli CPA  and Executive MBA from Kellogg Northwestern university.

Doron joined AFI in 2008 and was appointed to CEO, Czech Republic & Germany in 2011. He assumed the role of CEO, AFI Romania in 2018, and was appointed Deputy CEO, AFI Europe in 2023. He holds an MBA from the University of New York in Prague and is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Czech.

Shira joined AFI in 2018, bringing extensive experience in IT project management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Shira holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Peres Academic Center.

Eran joined AFI in 2019, having previously provided legal counsel to the company and Africa Israel Group, and served as external company secretary. Previously, he was a partner at the law firm Wexler Bergman & Co., in the Corporations and Capital Markets. Eran holds a law degree from Bar-Ilan University.

Karin is the CEO of AFI Czech Republic, bringing extensive experience in real estate and asset management. She previously led AFI’s German branch and held senior roles in international companies, focusing on business development and expansion. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Technische Universität Berlin.

Sebastian is the CEO of AFI Europe Poland. He joined the company in 2007 as CFO. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, he has led the development of over 3,000 apartments and various commercial projects. He is a CPA and a graduate of Cracow University of Economics.

Adir has over 29 years of experience in real estate and civil engineering. He came to Serbia more than 20 years ago, and since then, he has been successfully leading our company, working closely with his team.
