Sebastian is the CEO of AFI Europe Poland. He joined the company in 2007 as CFO. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, he has led the development of over 3,000 apartments and various commercial projects. He is a CPA and a graduate of Cracow University of Economics.

Grzegorz is the CFO and Board Member of AFI Europe Poland. With over 13 years of experience in finance, he oversees financial processes, reporting, and asset management. He previously held senior positions at Hines and Ernst & Young. He is a University of Lodz graduate.

Grzegorz is the Asset Management Director at AFI Europe Poland, responsible for the performance of AFI Home and commercial portfolio. With 20 years of experience, he has successfully implemented commercial, operational, and financial strategies for real estate portfolios. He previously led one of Poland’s first PRS platforms.

Barbara is Head of Legal at AFI Europe Poland. She joined in 2022 after advising the company on multiple transactions. With over 10 years of experience, she previously held senior legal roles at CMS and Liebrecht & Wood. She holds a law degree from Warsaw University.

Jarosław is the Chief Engineer at AFI Europe Poland. With 25 years of experience, he has managed large-scale commercial developments. Before joining AFI in 2024, he was Head of Development at Atrium Poland. He holds degrees from Poznań University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology.

Joanna has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. She joined AFI Europe Poland in 2023 after advising the company. She specializes in leasing high-street retail and residential spaces, having held management roles at CBRE, Liebrecht & Wood, and White Star Real Estate.

Beata leads the sales team for the AFI Home portfolio in Poland. With experience in auditing, risk management, and real estate, she previously ran her own premium real estate agency. She joined AFI Home in 2023, improving rental operations and customer service.

Jarosław is Head of Office Leasing at AFI Europe Poland. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked for top developers and advisory firms, including Karimpol, UBM, and CBRE. Before joining AFI, he was Executive Director at Karimpol Polska.

As Marketing Leader, Mateusz drives brand strategy, marketing communications, and PR, shaping the company’s market presence in Poland with a focus on the PRS sector. He has 12 years of experience, including real estate since 2017, and held managerial roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate and G City Poland.

As Chief Accountant at AFI Europe Poland, Barbara oversees financial reporting and compliance. With over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting, she has held key roles at Ghelamco, Astaldi, and AGP Metro Polska
