Doron joined AFI in 2008 and was appointed to CEO, Czech Republic & Germany in 2011. He assumed the role of CEO, AFI Romania in 2018, and was appointed Deputy CEO, AFI Europe in 2023. He holds an MBA from the University of New York in Prague and is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Czech.

Laura joined AFI in 2006 as Financial Director of Cotroceni Park S.A. Between 2007-2009, she was Controller for AFI Holland, and in 2009 she was appointed Financial Director of AFI Retail Division Romania.
In 2023, Laura took over the position of CFO for AFI Romania, thus leading the entire financial structure of the company.
 

Bianca has been the Head of Legal Department since 2006. Previously, she represented construction, advertising and real estate companies bringing extensive experience in the real estate and development fields. Based on her academic credentials and her extensive legal expertise, she has consistently supported AFI’s activity in various projects developed in Romania.

Yossi Moran joined AFI in 2008 and is highly experienced in developing real estate projects, residential, commercial high-tech parks and logistics centers in Israel and Romania.

Yossi Moran graduated Haifa Technion Faculty of Civil Engineering in Israel in 1993.

Emma is the Head of Office Division, overseeing a portfolio of approx. 300.000 sqm GLA. She joined the company as Leasing Manager of the Office Division in 2012. She is a professional with 20 years of experience in Romanian real estate market, both in residential and office segments.

Sorin is the General Manager of AFI Cotroceni, AFI Ploiesti, AFI Bucurestii Noi and AFI Arad, overseeing the activity of more than 150,000 sqm of retail projects. 
Sorin started working for AFI Romania in 2015, following a wide international experience in real estate. 

In 2020, Costin took over the position of General Manager of AFI Brașov, after successfully leading AFI Romania retail leasing department.  Previously, he worked as a senior retail consultant at Jones Lang Lasalle, one of the leading global real estate agencies.

In 2020, Roxana joined AFI to coordinate the retail leasing division in Romania, for all developed & future retail projects.  She has over 15 years of experience in the retail real estate market in Romania, including working for Echo Investment, CBRE and JLL, where she led the retail team.

Luciana was appointed as Head of the Residential Division in January 2024.

Between 2017 - 2024, Luciana was Leasing Manager of AFI Malls Division Romania, in 2019 becoming General Manager of AFI Ploiesti.  She joined AFI in 2014, as part of the Leasing Department.  Luciana holds a Law Degree from Nicolae Titulescu University.

Anca is the Head of Marketing for AFI Romania, starting January 2024.  She oversees marketing strategy in Romania for retail, offices and residential divisions.
Anca joined AFI Romania in 2020 as Marketing Manager for AFI Cotroceni, the biggest shopping center in Romania.

With an experience of more than 15 years in the advertising industry, Laura joined AFI in 2016 as a Senior Advertising Specialist for AFI Cotroceni and AFI Ploiești. In 2019, Laura took over the position of Corporate Advertising Manager, coordinating all advertising sales activities within AFI Romania’s projects.
