Poland

Advancing Poland's real estate with sustainability and innovation

Since 2001, AFI Poland has emerged as a frontrunner in sustainable real estate development, highlighted by the acclaimed V. Offices project in Kraków. 

The core focus of AFI Poland's operations lies in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and is expanding this market through strategic acquisitions, new developments, and the revitalization of historic tenement houses in major Polish cities. The Company holds 70% share in Towarowa 22 (T22) is one of the largest mixed-use projects currently under development in Central and Eastern Europe. 

In 2023, AFI Poland was awarded Best Mixed-Use, Architectural & Legacy Development of the Year Award for AFIHome Złota 83 in Warsaw. This recognition followed a highly competitive evaluation of over 100's of submissions, which included other distinguished projects.
