Since 1997, AFI Czech Republic has been a prominent owner and operator of a diverse portfolio of office and residential properties for rent.

In office real estate, the company has completed three phases of the Classic 7 Business Park, AFI Karlín, AFI Vokovice and AFI City 1.  The portfolio includes Avenir Business Park in Nové Butovice. 

The residential portfolio includes c-900 units in the AFIHOME Karlín project in Prague 8, AFIHOME Třebešín in Prague 3 and AFI City (AFIHOME Kolbenova) multifunctional complex on the urban brownfield in Prague 9 near the Kolbenova metro station, with another 1,100 apartments in the pipeline.

Additional successful complexes Korunní Dvůr, Tulipa Rokytka, Tulipa Modřanská rokle and Tulipa City, the logistics park D8 European Park.

AFI Romania has had a local presence since 2005.  In 2009, the company inaugurated its first project, the AFI Cotroceni, one of the biggest shopping centers in the CEE region, offering 90,000 sqm GLA area. All office projects are certified LEED or BREEAM, GREEN HOMES and WELL & Health. 

In 2023, AFI Romania received Retail developer of the year by SEE Real Estate and SEE Property forum awards as the "Plan de Vias¸ă" (“Life Plan”) CSR Project, awarded for supporting the community, by CSR Romania.
