AFI Properties Ltd. is a leading entrepreneurial company in the field of income-producing real estate.
The company was founded in 1971 and was first listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2004
Today, the company operates in Israel in the establishment of income-producing properties,

Board members
Eitan Bar Zeev - Chairman of the Board
Holds a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously, he served as VP of Development and CEO of the McDonalds chain. From 2014 he serves as CEO of Big Shopping Centers and in 2019 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Big Centers and AFI Properties
Avi Barzilay - CEO
Certified public accountant – a graduate of Bar Ilan University. CEO of AFI Europe.
Served as the Company’s CFO as well as CFO of AFI Development PLC and as a member of the Board of Directors.
In the past, he has held various positions in the construction group of Red Sea hotels and in the accounting firm Somekh Chaikin.
Anat Dafna - CFO
Certified public accountant holds a BA in General Management and Accounting and an Executive MBA from Kellogg – WHU program.
Previously, she has been a member of G City Europe Group’s Management Board, while holding the position of Chief Financial Officer and Group Managing Director – Residential for Rent. She has been with G City Europe Group since 2009.
Anat was appointed in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Tal Segal – VP Engineering
Holds a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in construction management from the Technion.
Joined the company in 2008.
Has extensive experience in the management, planning and construction of real estate projects from the initiation stage to the end of the construction process.
Noam Silberman – VP Business Development
Holds a BA in Economics and Business management and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Joined the company in 2012 as the company’s chief economist. Today he serves as the company’s Business development VP.
Eran Fudem –VP Legal Counsel & Company Secretary
Holds a law degree from Bar-Ilan University.
He joined the company in 2019, before he served the company and Africa Israel Group as legal counsel and as external company secretary
He previously served as a partner in the law firm of Wexler Bergman & Co. in the Corporations and Capital Markets Department.
Shira Baum - VP Group CIO, Digital, Innovation
Shira is serving as the Company CIO since 2018. She has vast experience in IT project management, cybersecurity infrastructure and digital transformation.
Previously, Shira served as CIO for several international companies.
Shira holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben Gurion University and an MBA, with specialization in marketing, from Peres Academic Center.
Asher Frieder – Corporate controller
Certified public accountant, holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University.
Joined the company in 2010 and was appointed as Corporate controller in 2015.

איתן בר זאב - יו”ר הדירקטוריון
יליד 1952 בעל BA בכלכלה מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. שימש בעבר כסמנכ”ל פיתוח ומנכ”ל רשת מקדונלדס. משנת 2014 ועד היום משמש כמנכ”ל ביג מרכזי קניות ובשנת 2019 התמנה ליו”ר הדירקטוריון של חברת אפריקה ישראל.
אבי ברזילי - מנכ"ל החברה
יליד 1963, רואה חשבון מוסמך – בוגר אוניברסיטת בר אילן בחשבונאות.
שימש כסמנכ”ל הכספים של החברה וכן כסמנכ”ל כספים של AFI Development PLC וכחבר הדירקטוריון.
כמו כן כיהן כסמנכ”ל רוסיה וחבר העמים באפריקה ישראל להשקעות בע”מ (החברה האם).
בעבר ביצע תפקידים שונים בקבוצת הבנייה של מלונות ים סוף ובמשרד רואי החשבון סומך חייקין.
אריאל גולדשטיין - משנה למנכ”ל ומנהל כספים ראשי
יליד 1972, בעל BA בכלכלה וחשבונאות וMBA במנהל עסקים מאוניברסיטת בר אילן.
הצטרף לקבוצת אפריקה ישראל בשנת 2004 כסמנכ”ל הכספים של חברת אפי אירופה לאחר שצבר את ניסיונו כרואה חשבון וכמנהל ביקורת ב Deloitte.
בשנת 2019 מונה למשנה למנכ”ל בנוסף לתפקידו כמנהל כספים ראשי בחברת אפריקה ישראל נכסים בע”מ .
